Responsibilities:
- Constructs, maintains, and remodels buildings or related structures. Installs, fixes, or modifies all aspects of a building, including walls, ceilings, floors, and stairs, as well as related structures like railings, doors, windows, and air conditioning systems.
- Follow blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met.
- Observes all worksite safety procedures and guidelines.
- Inspects buildings to determine repair that needs to be done.
- Reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Works under moderate supervision.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related experience or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
- An apprenticeship and/or formal training may be required.
- Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Education:
- High school diploma.
Travel Requirements:
This position will involve no travel.
