Responsibilities:

  • Constructs, maintains, and remodels buildings or related structures. Installs, fixes, or modifies all aspects of a building, including walls, ceilings, floors, and stairs, as well as related structures like railings, doors, windows, and air conditioning systems.  
  • Follow blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met.  
  • Observes all worksite safety procedures and guidelines.  
  • Inspects buildings to determine repair that needs to be done.  
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager.  
  • Works under moderate supervision.  

Qualifications:  

  • 1-3 years of related experience or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. 
  • An apprenticeship and/or formal training may be required. 
  • Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education: 

  • High school diploma. 

Travel Requirements:  

This position will involve no travel.
