Responsibilities:

  • Vulnerability Discovery, Analysis and Mitigation
  • Network Auditing and Traffic Analysis (Wireshark)
  • Design, Implementation, and Administration IPS/IDS solutions
  • Enterprise implementation of cyber security policies
  • ASA Vulnerability Analysis (Global), Disaster Recovery Strategies
  • Proof of Concept (Pilot Testing) of various solutions
  • Vulnerability Identification and Mitigation strategies
  • Enterprise Monitoring Solution experience
  • Create training material for employees in the region and fellow administrators
  • Security Policy/Procedure/Guidelines
  • Identifies, monitors, and defines the requirements of the overall security of the enterprise network
  • Point of escalation for Systems Administrators within Workforce
  • Driving managed service delivery
  • Monitors and analyzes cybersecurity alerts from cybersecurity tools, network devices, and information systems.
  • Monitors and maintains cybersecurity infrastructure and/or policies and procedures to protect information systems from unauthorized use.
  • Designs, develops, modifies, tests, and integrates database or computer hardware systems to protect against cyber threats.
  • Performs cybersecurity incident detection, analysis, and prevention.
  • Performs vulnerability scans of networks and applications to assess effectiveness and identify weaknesses.
  • Performs forensic analysis of information systems and portable devices and forensic recovery of data using assessment tools.
  • Researches and analyzes cybersecurity threat indicators and their behaviors, and recommends threat mitigation strategies.
  • Delivers cybersecurity awareness training.
  • May provide guidance to others.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications:  

  • Will require occasional in-region and out-of-region travel.
  • Must have proof of valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
  • Must provide own transportation when on company business.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desires Skills:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • 24/7 availability with on call rotation work.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed deadlines set by supervisors.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Network, IT security or related field required. 4-6 years’ experience in network or security administration position.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in time/project management. CISSP, CCNA security, Security + or higher-level certification preferred.

Travel Requirements:  

This position will involve no travel.
