Responsibilities:

  • Identifies plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action using appropriate parts and tools.  
  • Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures and piping in heating, water and drainage systems.  
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions.  
  • Complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements.  
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager. 
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function

Qualifications:  

  • 3-5 years of related experience or may need 2 years' experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. 
  • Has completed the required apprenticeship. 
  • Requires Master Plumber status. 
  • Requires a State License for plumbing. 
  • Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education: 

  • High school diploma. 

Travel Requirements:  

This position will involve no travel.
